Job Definition: Licensed or provisionally licensed (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) therapist needed for part time outpatient therapy position working with adults, children, couples and adolescents in office. Must use office EMR system and phone when reaching out to consumers. Other communication (email) must be company issued email address. THIS IS NOT A COMMUNITY BASED POSITION.
Services include, but are not limited to, the following services:
Individual counseling and support to occur mainly from 9 am-5 pm
Family counseling, training or support, to occur before or after 9 am-5 pm
Initial intake, Diagnosis, Progress Notes and Comprehensive Clinical Assessment
Case management and care coordination required.
Office-based sessions and some (Telehealth) depending on needs of families and clients served
Electronic documentation submitted within 24 hours of services rendered with correct billing code used for the service provided.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Masters degree in human service related field
Provisional or full licensure as one of the following: LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT.
providing mental health services to children, adults and adolescents.
Competency with individuals and family therapy.
Professional Liability Insurance (Provided with LDHCC)
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Previous training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Familiarity with working with adults, children and adolescents. Previous experience as a contract therapist.
Location: This position is primarily in office
Must consent to a criminal background check.
